Die Martini-Klinik - die etwas andere Klinik inmitten des Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf. Als Privatklinik des UKE konzentrieren wir uns auf ein einziges Krankheitsbild, Prostatakarzinom und die bestmögliche Behandlung unserer Patienten – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Nachsorge. Als kleine Klinik genießen wir eine familiäre, kollegiale Atmosphäre und als Tochter eines Universitätsklinikums die vielen Vorteile, die dieses mit sich bringt.
Ein festes Team von zwei Leuten, das täglich von zwei Kolleg:innen aus der Prostatakrebssprechstunde und der Privatambulanz unterstützt wird (so sind wir immer zu viert :-)) Kein Schichtdienst! Unser Zeitfenster ist von 7 bis 15 Uhr (auch in Teilzeit möglich). Und was sonst? Direkt neben der alten Martini-Klinik entsteht unser neues Zuhause. Wir wachsen ab Frühsommer nächsten Jahres auf 100 Betten. Neue Teams entstehen und die alten werden verstärkt. Noch mehr Besonderheiten? Im gesamten UKE arbeiten wir mit einer elektronischen Patientenakte, dass erleichtert unsere Arbeit sehr.
Was sind deine Aufgaben?
Die stationäre Aufnahme unserer Patienten von A bis Z. Dazu gehört genauso die freundliche Begrüßung, die Organisation und Koordination der stationären Aufnahme, wie eine gute Betreuung der Patienten, solange sie bei uns in der Aufnahme sind. Du unterstützt ärztliche Maßnahmen und führst Blutentnahmen, Abstriche und EKGs durch. Außerdem arbeitest du in der Schnittstelle zwischen den einzelnen Abteilungen und Professionen und unterstützt das interne Qualitätsmanagement.
Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/ zur MFA oder GKP.
Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit onkologischen Patienten und deren Angehörigen, Organisationsgeschick wie auch Flexibilität, eigenständiges Arbeiten, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Englischkenntnisse wären aufgrund unserer internationalen Patienten toll. Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS Office runden dein Profil ab.
